As we speak, tens of thousands of our Mujahideen are engaged in clashes with #Assad’s gangs all over Syria in order just to protect our lives and our beautiful country. They are putting their whole lives behind them and risking everything for the sake of God, and the least we can do for them is to keep them in our prayers. May God protect them and grant them victory!

Brave New Voices: Finals, Denver Round Four
I cried. Slam poets are geniuses, and I myself will do spoken word when I feel I can write and recite to my satisfaction. Poems can sit prettily on a page and you can read and contemplate wholly and at leisure, but there’s something about spoken word that elicits an immediate, visceral reaction, words spewed with the force of raw emotion and brutal honesty.
I’ve only ever been to two, but I’ve fallen in love with poetry slams. Incidentally, I think they’d make the perfect date night.

Assad continues to shell the homes of Allah, and the Muslims continue to watch in despair. Where are the hypocrite “leaders” of Arabia? Is the House of Allah in Shaam less-valuable than the House of Allah anywhere else in the world?!! I wish I had power to control such circumstances, but in such events, I can only raise my hands to the sky. Ya Allah, Nasrak YA ALLAH.
